This Rose and Witch Hazel Toner helps to hydrate, balance pH, minimize the look of pores, and refresh skin throughout the day

Suggested Use:  Shake well. Mist toner, or apply with a cotton round over face and neck after cleansing and before moisturizing. 

May be used over makeup throughout the day to keep skin feeling fresh and glowing.
